The NESCAFÉ Milano solutions have been designed around operational simplicity, so are easy to operate and clean. They consistently deliver cup after cup of delicious café style drinks. With the recently-added NESCAFÉ Milano Lounge solution, we have a system for served, self-serve, paid for, complimentary, sit down or ‘on-the go’ environments from 50 cups up to 250 cups per day. Retail Coffee Solutions

  • NESCAFÉ Milano Espresso Roast. 100% Arabica coffee beans from the Latin America region are roasted, and the coffee gently extracted using water, and NESTLÉ know-how.
  • NESTLÉ Milano Skimmed Milk Powder, made from 100% skimmed milk, great for making delicious, frothy milk for lattes & cappuccinos…only 1% fat.
  • NESTLÉ Milano Hot Chocolate mix: Benefiting from NESTLÉ’s extensive chocolate know-how and ability to marry contrasting flavours, our hot chocolate powder mix has been created to produce a luxurious hot chocolate, and to complement our rich espresso for the perfect mocha hit.

ProCare ensures a hassle-free and quick installation process, hands-on training for your staff to ensure the solution is ready to provide high quality beverages to your customers in no time. A comprehensive 7 day service package means machine faults can often be redressed over the phone, but if required, a fully-trained LTT engineer will be on site within 24 hours*. At no extra charge to pay, no charge for parts, no charge for call-outs.
Coffee Ambassadors
As part of ProCare, you will be assigned a Coffee Ambassador to provide hands-on support. They will visit your site four times per year, checking the water filter and checking the machine is performing to its optimum performance level, and taking remedial action where necessary. Your Coffee Ambassador will help to ensure your staff remain motivated, passionate and excited by coffee, giving training where necessary, and demonstrating how to ‘dress’ the drinks with latte etching and latte art to further enhance the WOW factor for your customers.

With ProCare, we make sure that the latest market insights and trends help formulate our plans, menus and promotions.
InStore Merchandising
During their visits, the Coffee Ambassador will arrange for suitable point of sale & path to purchase support to be placed, which could include menus, a swing sign, & promotional advertising material. All at no extra cost to you.

Performance Evaluation
Your Coffee Ambassador will capture machine performance during their quarterly visits, allowing you to see not only the performance of the machines, but also dynamics such as most popular drink choice, to help you make informed decisions around promoting specific drinks.
