What is the difference between "In Cup" and "Traditional" drinks vending?

In Cup is where the ingredients is measured and portioned correctly and then sealed in a cup, which means the drinks are a high quality standard and always deliver consistently. Whereas traditional is prepared and made inside the machine.

How do I know which machine is best for my companies need?

LTT offer a wide range of machines to suit any requirement and deliver the service you need. If your finding it hard to choose call 0800 954 1044 where our great team can help you decide.

Do I need any modifications to my office to install a machine?

All machines need to be near a plug socket and fairly close to a water supply. Our team will come and do all the installation and connecting once you have your machine.

What do you mean by pay only for drinks?

It’s literally that simple, you just pay for your drinks. Decide what machine you want and what drinks and how many.

How many drinks do I need to provide?

This totally depends on how big your site is and how many employees you have at your business.

Machine Installation

Will LTT plumb in the machine for me?

LTT will connect your machine to the mains water provided.

How close does the water supply need to be to a machine that is to be plumbed in?

The 15mm mains water pipe needs to be within 1.5m of the machine.

What is the ideal distance of a machine from a power source?

A standard plug site must be in a 1.5m distance from the machine. It would be ideal if it was at the side for ease of isolation.

FLAVIA Machine Maintenance

Can I move the Flavia System to another system once installed?

Yes you can, but you need to drain the water out first with the drain hose that is placed to the left of the sachet bin.

Can we fix some of the errors ourselves?

The Flavia machine comes with a user manual and you can refer to the troubleshooting section in there. Our customer service team are always happy to help on 08456 01 00 74.

What is the best way to clean the Flavia Machine?

The Flavia machine’s filter pack door can be removed by tugging firmly from the base of the door whilst holding the main machine with your free hand. Once the door is off it can be cleaned along with the drip tray sections and the waste bin in hot water and anti-bacterial washing product. Once cleaned the door can be refitted, refer to the user manual for further instructions.

Is it safe to turn the machine off at night?

Yes it is safe to turn the machine off at night, as it heats up to a high temperature.

Is energy saving mode available?

Yes the Flavia has an option of power saving mode. You just use the adjustable “standby timeout” option.

Can my pay pod accept tokens?

The Flavia pay pod will automatically be set to accept tokens, but you have to option to turn this off and on.

Service and Supply Ordering

What kind of service will I receive from LTT Vending?

LTT aims to deliver your new Flavia machine within 7 working days of order confirmation. We deliver your supplies the next day of your order being placed. If you need to arrange for an engineer to visit your premises, there will be there within 8 business hours of your initial contact.

Can I manage my account online?

Yes, you can manage your account online at www.lttvending.co.uk where you can place orders and request a service call.

Is service covered as part of our agreement?

This depends on the type of agreement you have with LTT Vending. If we supplied your machine with a service contract, then service will be covered for the duration of the contract. If we did not supply your machine, service will be chargeable unless you have a service and supplies agreement. Please refer to your agreement to confirm, or call the customer service team on 08456 01 00 74 who can advise.

Drinks

Can you explain the range of drinks available?

Yes you can call our team on 0845 5045 999 or take a look at our web shop when you can find all the products on there.

Can I use mineral water or water from a water cooler in the machine?

It’s best to use just normal tap water as you shouldn’t use water softener or water that contains sodium.

Can I just use hot water from the Flavia machine?

Yes you can, you can do this by selecting the tea option and then hot water option which is the top right button.

Can I just use hot water from the Flavia machine?

2.5 litres which is approximately 20 drinks, depending on the brew size.
