As well as recycling end-of-life vending machines as part of the industry's c10c scheme, we also encourage customers to subscribe to the Save a Cup scheme. This is an industry-led programme that provides a collection and recycling service for used hard-wall polystyrene cups. These are then processed into flakes which are sold for the manufacture of office essentials such as rulers and pencils and, of course, vending cup trays for carrying even more cups for further recycling.
